A workout using the Pilates Reformer to develop peripheral strength and flexibility. A mist in every fitness programming.

TRX
A one hour class using TRX to develop strength throughout the whole body using the whole body to achieve movements. Develops core as well as all over body flexibility and strength. A perfect call for athletes, fitness enthusiasts and anybody who is looking to start a fitness regiment.

A class that simulates hill climbing and using resistance to develop leg strength.

Using the fundamentals of Pilates principles, the class will achieve core strength and a knowledge of scientific based exercises that will enhance everyday life.
